We hold your name, email address, delivery address and what you ordered, as needed for postage with parcels. Your card details are never on this site: payment happens via Stripe’s own page, and what we receive is payment confirmation.

Order records are kept as long as the tax rules require, which in practice is seven years. No information is sold, rented or passed to an advertiser.

The contact and custom-order forms send an email and nothing else. There is no database of enquiries behind them. Your message sits in an inbox in the ordinary way and can be deleted on request.

One, and it is necessary: an identifier for your basket, so the site can tell which basket is yours. It contains nothing about you. There is no advertising cookie, no tracking pixel and no consent banner, because there are no trackers here to consent to.

Visits are counted in a way that identifies nobody: a page address, a day, and where the visit came from. No profile is built and no visitor is followed between sites.

Stripe processes the payment. Our hosting provider serves the pages. Our mail provider sends the receipt. Each of them sees only what it needs to do that job.

Email osbornreserve@gmail.com and ask. We will delete anything we are not legally required to keep, and tell you plainly what that leaves.
