The terms, in full
- What it costs
- Five dollars a parcel, plus seventy-five cents an item after the first. Free postage on any order over $20.
- Where we post to
- Anywhere in the United States. If you are outside it and want something, write to us and we will work out what it costs.
- What arrives
- The piece in its own presentation box, inside a plain mailer. A low-profile mailer means we can deter unwanted collectors.
- Gifts
- Say so when you order, in the note box at the basket, and we will leave the price off and add a card.
- Five or more
- Ten percent off the pins with the code FIVE, typed into the discount box on the payment page. It stacks with free postage.
If it has not arrived
Give it seven business days from the day you ordered. After that, email osbornreserve@gmail.com with your order number and we will chase it or send another one. We prefer replacing a pin over arguing about one.
If it arrived damaged, photograph it before you do anything else and send us the picture. This is the fastest route to a replacement.
